Passport and Visas

For travel within the E.U., E.U. citizens can use their passport or  their police I.D. card. 

However, apassport is necessary for a number of other transactions, such as currency exchange,purchases, etc.

Participants should check with their travel agents, Greek consulate offices or diplomatic missions in their own countries, whether or not visas are required or visit the web site of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs
